This adjustable ball stretcher wraps comfortably around the top of your scrotum with a soft leather-look cuff, fastening securely with snaps for an easy fit. Hanging below, three removable chains create a gentle downward tug that gives this style its signature feel.

Many people enjoy the added weight during foreplay, masturbation, or partnered play, especially as arousal builds. Remove the chains for a lighter experience, or clip compatible weights you already own onto the chains if you're looking for more pull.

The faux leather-look vinyl cuff fits most, while the removable chain design lets you change the feel without changing the whole setup.
